My truth for maximization of work capacity and efficiency

For the business basic knowledge of law or others can be resolved by consulting professional colleagues in a relatively short time, and the accounting tasks can be down by using the accounting system in the company. Besides, employees are paid even for handling with the accounting tasks. (for entrepreneurs, handling with accounting tasks is not productive work, generally speaking)

After this background explanation, now it’s time to go into the main idea of this article!!

So, it’s very important for an entrepreneur to manage his/her tasks.

If he/she can’t manage them well, troubles may happen like the headache caused by stress as I wrote in the last article.

The reason of my stress is the feeling of no achievement in each day, no matter how much I did.

Hence, I decided to focus much more on only few specific tasks in a couple of hours in a day and get rid of other tasks.

Some people may think: “Only a few hours a day? How about other time? You just said time isn’t enough and now you decide to only spend a few hours a day for your job?”

But, this kind of thought is exactly the reason that makes the stress. Because this thought makes you run all the time and chase for a goal far far away at every moment.

So this is my solution.

Only spend a few hours a day for a few specific tasks.

Then after getting these tasks done, I can feel some achievement.

The feeling of achievement will release my stress.

Even if I don’t have any more time left in the day, I will still be motivated for the next day by the feeling of achievement today.

If I got some time left on the day, I can spend it doing some small tasks such as booking for business trip or accounting tasks, etc.

Or even read some books and just relax.

It looks not efficient at the first glace, but actually it may bring up the efficiency of the whole day, and indirectly raise up the whole working capacity.

If I work with more and more stress every day, it’s obvious that all the capacity, efficiency of work and my health would go worse and worse.

I believe this is the truth for raising work capacity and efficiency: focus on few tasks in a few hours a day.

OK, then it’s time to try it out!
