第一次離開台灣超過兩個禮拜是在2005年11月左右，我姐10月生完小孩，我幫忙照顧她完之後就出發去紐西蘭了
那是24歲那年
打工度假三個月完，回台灣兩個禮拜收拾完行李就出發到日本去念書了
就這樣一去就去了8年4個月，之後到了芬蘭也已經過了一年
轉眼間已經離開台灣將近十年了
真是光陰似箭歲月如梭

マッカーサーの息子の為の祈りと自己成長
今日から日本に行く。（6月17日）
一年半ぶりの台湾に戻り、父親が家にいない甥に会い、遊んであげるマッカーサーの息子の為の祈りで少しでも寂しい気持ちを感じなくなるといいな。
家に両親がいないので姉の家に泊まらせてもらった。姉さん、ありがとう。
両親は中国にいるため台湾から飛んで会いに行ってきた。両親も年を取りつつあり、一年一回くらいはそばにいてあげてどうでもいい文句をちゃんと聞いてあげるべきだとも思った。

I’m heading to Japan from Taiwan today. (18th June)
After staying overseas for one and half years, finally I got a chance to visit Taiwan, my home country and my home town.
I visited my nephew, whose father is far away from him, and I played with him. I hope at least he didn’t feel so lonely in these days.
Because my parents weren’t at home, I stayed at my sister’s place. Thanks! My sister.

今天，我要從台灣到日本(6月17號)
這次事隔一年半之後再次回到台灣，見到了父親不在身邊的侄子，雖然沒辦法每天都陪著他，但是希望在陪他玩耍的這幾天他可以比較不會感到寂寞
因為我老爸老媽不在家，所以我借住我姐家，老姐，感謝妳！
那因為我爸媽在中國，所以為了見他們一面，我飛到了中國，他們年紀漸長，讓我覺得我應該常回家，聽他們講講話嘮嘮叨
然後，在這前往日本旅途中的電車上，我看著窗外，回想自己的人生

変化が少なくて動きが遅い日本政府でもようやく動き始めた！
日本で外国人が起業する手続きは過去の文章「日本外国人起業手続き（査証と会社登記）（１）」に書かせてもらった。
今回は関連する分野で2015年4月1日スタートした大きいな制度改訂があった。
日本で滞在する外国人には短期滞在と長期滞在という二つ種類の資格がある。（どの国も大体そうだろうけど）

Finally, the slow and lack-of-change Japanese government is moving now.
In the previous article :” How can a foreigner start a new business in Japan? (Visa, Company registration) (1)”, some information was written about how to start a business for a foreigner in Japan.
In this field, there was a big change started from 1st April 2015.
Generally, the permission for foreigners to stay in Japan can be classified into short-term ones and long-term ones. (I guess most countries have similar principles.)

此次變革主要是在簽證的部分上
在日本滯留的外國人在簽證上主要分為兩種, 一種是短期簽證, 一種是長期簽證(每個國家大致上都是這樣)

最近、信頼したのに俺を裏切ったような人が3人連続に出てきた。
約束したことを守らない。
相手を信頼し、お互いの利便性を図るため、色んな条件や手続きを設けないようにしたが、簡単に約束を破るのね。
わかるよ。
もっと自分に有利な選択肢が出てきたからそれを選びたくなるのは。
Responsibility and trust
Recently, I met 3 people who I trusted but broke our deals.
They didn’t keep their promise.
I trusted them. I didn’t make lots of conditions and I made it simpler to be convenient for each other, but they just break their words easily.
Yes, I can understand.
Because there are some more beneficial options emerged for them, certainly they want to choose the new options.

為了彼此的方便, 我選擇不去設定許多事先的條件, 我選擇相信對方會履行承諾
但是這幾個人卻輕易的放棄承諾
其實他們的行為是可以理解的

Then, here comes the dramatic part.
In the meeting, the start-up grant manager was thinking of several issues.
“You are a student, right? How do you plan to study while doing this job?”
Since there is a rule that start-up grant can only be provided to “full-time” entrepreneurs but not students, I answered like this:
“Now I have finished my first year study in master’s degree program, and I plan to separate the workload of study to a longer time, so that I can work as an entrepreneur full-timely.”

怒濤がここからだ！
会議中に助成金審査官が色々気にしてるようで話を聞き始めた。
「君は修士学生だよね。これからの勉強計画は？」
助成金には「フールタイムで起業に務めないといけない」というルールがあるので、こう答えた。
「今1年目が終わり、これからは授業を減らし、学位をゆっくりとるよう、仕事にフールタイムでやるつもりだ」
実際もそうするけどね。

然後就是這個故事波濤洶湧的部分了
在會議中補助金審查官似乎有些在意的事, 然後就開始問了我一些問題
「你是碩士學生吧, 你現在一年級修完了, 之後呢? 」
因為補助金的領取條件之一是「以全職的身分創業」, 所以不能以學生的身分創業
所以我就回答「現在主要的課都修完了, 所以今後打算一學期只修一兩門課, 慢慢修, 把時間主要投注在自己的事業上」表示自己會是part-time的學生full-time地工作

Then the third part of this long story started on 27th May.
It was a dramatic, short-time, but highly tensed story.
This story started from a senior Japanese student who is also one of my friends in Jyvaskyla.
She had married with a Fin, and she now is both a master’s student and a coordinator for travelling TV programs from Japan and a writer who writes articles about Finland for Japanese readers.

そして翌日の5月27日から怒濤の数日が始まった。
話はここJyvaskylaで勉強してる日本人の女性先輩から始まる。
彼女はフィンランド人と結婚し、学生でありながら日本からの番組ロケをコーディネートしたり、フィンランドに関する記事を書いたりして仕事もされている。
彼女も起業を考えられ、この前の記事でも話したYritystehdas が主催する移民者向けの起業講座に通っている。
