単純に外国人として日本で起業する場合、どんな手続き、費用とリスクがあるかを調べたものです。
まず、外国人には永住や日本人との婚姻関係などがない限り、在留資格の所有が必要になります。
企業務めでしたら、「人文知識・国際業務」もしくは「技術」が中心と思う。
そして、起業する場合はに相応する在留資格が「投資・経営」という在留資格である。
この「投資・経営」在留資格（以下はビザ）を「起業」という形で取得するには会社経営ができるという状態を整える必要がある。
つまり、会社経営できる状態を整えてからビザの審査に申請する順番だ。
じゃ、会社経営できる状態と言うのはなんだろう？

在世界排名第一的紐西蘭開公司只要填一張表單, 只要花半天, 只要繳該國人民平均年所得(GDP)的0.3%而且沒有最低資本金的限制
如果以台灣平均所得63萬台幣來計算的話

自分の会社を始めるにはそれぞれの国でどういうふうに違うでしょう？
なかなか興味深い。
日本で会社を作りには、資本金を除いて２５万弱の費用が掛かる。
そして手続きの数も多い。
まぁ、社長になるにはこのくらいの資金と投資する勇気がないとね。。。と受け入れる方も多いかと思います。

Very interesting.
Except the fund capital, the cost of registering a new company is around 250 thousand yen. (2,500 USD) with lots steps of procedures.
People may think that a certain amount of investment in establishing a company is the basic and necessary step for a new CEO and accept this cost and long registering procedure.
However, let’s have a look at the investigation from World Bank.

但是其實很有價值
我所謂的價值並不是可以練習英語口語會話或是辯論邏輯技巧, 而是可以有機會對平常沒有機會思考的爭議性議題重新思考
通常人們往往傾向於避開討論爭議性話題
這也是情有可原的, 畢竟避免對立並盡可能的獲得支持是人們得以互助合作而生存下去的合裡行為
但是, 我也覺得人們似乎也就因此總是避開討論可能會造成分歧意見的話題, 甚至是假裝這樣的議題根本就不存在
Debate is something we are not really used to do.
But it did make me learn and think.
To me, it’s not about learning how to debate or communicate effectively, but about thinking the topics that we usually don’t think.
Those controversial issues tend to be avoided being discussed due to the natural reactions of human beings that people usually avoid opposite opinions to look for more cooperations. I guess it may be some kinds of natural behaviors to raise the surviving rate of human beings.
However, in the other hand, I also felt that people seems to behave more like ignoring these issues or pretend that they are not even existing.

でも、凄く勉強になる。
私の言う勉強はディベートの仕方でもコミュニケーションの仕方でもなく、あるテーマに対して時間を作って考えることです。
議論性のある結論のないテーマを人々は避けようとする反応がある。
それは異なる意見や立場の対立を避けようとする本能であり、助け合って生きる確率をあげるための行為でも思います。
ただ、このように敏感な話題を避ける中でこれらの話題を無視し続けてきたような気もします。

我認為有幾種人是不可或缺的
第一種是起頭的人
也能說是發聲者
雖然他並不需要很高的專業能力或經驗, 所以往往會被人為是很簡單的事, 但是其實做起來很難
因為發出了第一聲, 可能會造成別人的困擾, 可能會被別人厭惡, 可能會增加自己的工作負擔, 更可能會遭遇許多原本不會遭遇的挫折
所以就某種意義而言, 起頭的人也是一種創新者, 或者說是行動者
但是起頭終究只是第一步, 其次將需要了解專案全盤方向的人
Several kinds of people are needed.
The one who starts.
Which means the one who asks people to start.
No professional experience or knowledge needed, but it’s actually quite difficult even through people tend to consider it easy.
Asking people to start is something that may be related to potentially bring troubles to others, be disliked, increase his or her work loads or face the difficult failure in the future, which are all the difficulties for a person to “start.”
I guess that’s why a starter can also be called as innovator or creator.
However, the start is only the start. The one who knows the overview of this project is needed.
いくつかの種類の人間が必要と思う。
まずは始めようとする人。
いわば声をかけてくれる人。
専門能力も経験も要らなく、簡単にできそうに思われるが、なかなか難しいもんだ。
それは、声をかけることで、人に迷惑をかけたり、嫌われたり、自分の仕事が増えたり、挫折したりするなど多くのハードルが存在しているからだ。
ある意味でのイノベーターか、創始者か、行動者かである。
ただし、スタートが第一歩にすぎず、次は全体概略がわかる人が必要だ。
It’s my first Finnish lesson today.
As everybody knows that Finnish is an minor language due to the low population in Finland.
The population of Finland is less than 5.5 million and that almost covers all population that speaks Finnish.
Usually we’ll image that the language in neighboring countries would be similar in some ways, but even the languages in the neighborhood countries, such as Sweden or Russia, have almost nothing in common with Finnish! In another word, Finnish is actually like on an isolated island.
As a result, even in an international big city like Tokyo, there are very few schools provide Finnish classes.
And it looks like that the teacher in each classes of different universities is the same one. Haha.
今天第一次去上芬蘭語的課
不過正如各位所知, 芬蘭是個小國家, 芬蘭語本身也就是一個很弱小的語言
芬蘭人口約550萬人, 這大概就含括了世界上所有說芬蘭語的人口數了吧
即便是鄰國的瑞典或俄國, 語言系統卻既不相似也不相通, 這也使得芬蘭語像是一個孤島的語言
因為這些原因, 即便是在東京這樣一個大城市裡, 開班教授芬蘭語的課程卻廖廖可數
而且大概查了一下就會發現, 其實大多是那兩三位老師在到處上課, 哈
我參加的是位於東京的三軒茶屋的昭和女子大學的一般社會人士的芬蘭語入門課程
今日初めてフィンランド語講座に行ってきた。
まあ、そもそもフィンランド語を使う人も少ないし、国も小さいので、非常にマイナーな言語だ。
人口で言えば550万人弱、フィンランド語を使うのもこの人口だけだ。
隣国のスウェーデン、ロシアなどと語源も言語システムが違うため、共通性が非常に低い。ある意味、言語の孤島という感じがする。
そのため、大都市である東京や関東近辺でもフィンランド語を教えている学校や塾がかなり少ない。
調べてみたら大体同じ先生が教えている（笑）
私が通ってるのは東京の三軒茶屋にある昭和女子大学オープンカレッジが主催しているフィンランド語入門講座だ。
我覺得「或許這就是我要的多采多姿的生活!」
於是我持續的去嘗試
我參加了ㄧ個登山健行活動叫做拉克夏
是一個在山裡面走三天並露營與野炊的活動
當然, 對於沒有爬山經驗的我而言, 不斷的在山裡面走路是十分辛苦且無聊的
但是我感受到的了大自然的魅力
360度滿天的螢火蟲, 如此的另人感動
最棒的是跟一起爬了一整天山路, 一起看了自然美景的隊友一起煮著既麻煩又骯髒的飯, 實在是無上的享受
我決定了, 我要「以維持最低可容許成績的前提下求取最大最多彩多姿的生活」
很幸運的, 最後我只被當兩科而能順利升上二年級
到了二年級, 我開始了學生生活中最有意義的社團工作

I wanna do something more!
I chose another one more close to nature, where we went tracking for 3 days in the deep mountain with cooking outdoors and camping, which was held by the mountain claiming club.
For a person who never goes hiking or tracking like me, it’s quite tough time for me.
Nevertheless, the nature really attracted me a lot.
The sky fuller fireflies made me so touched.
Of course it was dirty and troublesome to cook outdoors, but it was one of the most unforgettable memory to walk on the tough mountain for many hours together with team members, enjoy the outstanding scenarios together with team members and cook and eat dirty food with team members.
