從事日本東北復興活動的朋友帶回來的日式甜點
外層是薄酥皮, 內餡是紅豆泥加奶油(或是焦糖奶油, 抹茶奶油等等)
名子叫奶油最中(Butter Monaga) (松林堂公司生產)
來了日本八年從來沒聽過, 但是一入口就驚覺這是應該要大賣的味道
我試著去分析為何這麼好吃的東西卻沒有大賣

超～おいしいです！
一回食べてみると止まらない！
甘すぎず、まろやかで優しい味です。
友人が東北復興関係でもらってきたお菓子です。
全く知らなかったものですが、食べてみると驚きのおいしさ！
何でこんなにおいしいものが売れていないだろうと考えてみた。
Case study : Butter Monaga from Matsubayashido
Delicious! Super good!
Monaga is kind of Japanese desert with soft red beans inside, which is a common Japanese desert.
The Matsubayashido company produced Monaga with butter inside, which made it extremely good and different!
I got these Monagas from my friend, who is in activities related to the supportive activities to the entrepreneurs in Tohoku, Japan.
Although I never know this special desert before, I was so surprised that it haven’t become popular yet.
留学 夢への一歩一歩（２）
必要なのは戦略と努力。
戦略(1)松下電機奨学金の受験資格は理系限定のため、日本語を専門として勉強してきた有名大学の日本語学科の学生を除外できる。
戦略(2)枠が年間2名しかないので、受かる確率が低いと思われがちで応募人数も少なく、競争に勝ちやすい。
戦略(3)枠が少ないということで留学試験専門塾がこの試験の対策講座を開設していない。高い学費を払えるリソース優勢の学生を競争から除外できる。
戦略(4)筆記試験と面接に最大限の対策と準備を取る。一年がけで。
当時の筆記試験は中国語、英語、日本語、微積分の4科目。面接は面接。
これ以上の情報がない。
過去試験問題集も当然ない。
なので、試験対策は完全自分でやる。
まず、中国語は私の弱点であり、今更勉強して伸ばしてもメリットが少ない。
なので、対策なしで切り捨てると決めた。
Study abroad, step by step to the dream(2)
It is very risky since there are only 2 seats from Panasonic Scholarship.
Strategy (1) Panasonic Scholarship is limited to scientific field students, which excludes those students majored in Japanese from prestigious universities.
Strategy (2) Since there are only 2 seats per year, most people won’t prepare the exams very seriously, which gives me chance to win the competition.
Strategy (3) Due to the few seats, exam-specific cram schools don’t provide lessons for this exam, which also exclude those students who own financial resource (can pay for the expansive tuition fee).
Strategy (4) I will spend 1 year, full-time, to prepare this exam.
4 subjects in exams, including Chinese, English, Japanese and Calculus. Also interview.
No more information.
CHINESE. My weak point and I don’t feel the importance to learn Chinese any more. I decided to leave it there.
留學, 實現夢想的每一小歩(2)
即使失敗也不讓人生留下悔恨
策略(1) 因為松下報考限理科, 所以可以避免跟留日經驗者或日文本科系生拚日文
策略(2) 因為名額只有兩個, 大多數報考者會認為難以考取所以不會太認真準備, 也就增加了我的勝算
策略(3) 正因為名額少市場小, 所以沒有任何的日文補習班提供應考準備課程, 可以將有錢補習的人剃除於門外
策略(4) 花一年徹底準備筆試跟面試
當時筆試考四科: 中文, 英文, 日文, 微積分. 另外還有面試. 就這樣, 沒有考古題, 沒有學長姐的資料, 沒有補習班的講義. 通通自己來.
中文, 本來就是弱點, 在留學考時也無法凸顯自己的長處, 放棄

Innovation Tohoku Japan, Support to entrepreneurs in Tohoku
Due to an interesting event held today, the planned second part of “Study abroad” will be postponed to tomorrow. Sorry.

(Tohoku means eastern northern Japan, which is the area of strong earthquake in 2011)
“Memory 3 years ago and the rebirth of Tohoku,” which is held at Roppngi Hills in Tokyo.
Study abroad, step by step to the dream(1)
So tiny, so quite. A single step.
However, by repeating a single step 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, 12 months, things change.
There are 2 most important things on my road to study abroad.
One is to do the research I want to do. The other is to obtain financial support. It is not difficult to check the first one by searching on internet and mailing the researchers. The difficult part is financial support. Not only tuition fee, but also living costs.
Europe and USA are difficult. Difficult in both few seats and less amount. Of course, the usage of universal language, English, also leads to high competition.
Japan differed. Japanese National Scholarship provides 80 seats per year, including tuition fee and living costs for 2 years. Panasonic Scholarship also gives 2 seats and also both tuition fee and living costs, even for 3 years.
I tried Japanese National Scholarship and failed. It is easy to say that the reason is like not enough time for preparing for the exams because of working at a lab at the same time. Nevertheless, it was still a huge impact to me since it is a fantastic dream for me to study abroad.
23 years old. Graduated from college for 2 months. Friends are in well-known graduate schools and waiting for their master’s degrees. The others working in industry looked bright with income.
Nothing left inside me but confusion and anxiety.
Several weeks, I walked around without soul.
Several weeks, I thought of my future.
留学 夢への一歩一歩（１）
一歩って、微小で地味で誰の目も引けない。
でも、この一歩を一日に9時間繰り返し、週6日間、12ヶ月もやると、凄いことになる。
留学の道に進めようとする私にとって最も大事なのは、やりたい研究がてきることと、資金援助を得られることだった。
やりたい研究ができる国や大学を難なく見つけることができた。
難しいのは、金をもらうことだった。
もちろん、学費だけではなく生活費も必要だった。
欧米は難しい！
援助の枠が少なく、金額も少ないわりに競争が激しい！まあ、当然か。
中国、インドを含め、英語を話せる人が他の外国語より断然多いし、有る意味入り口のハードルが低いから。
日本は違った。
国費奨学金は年間80名の枠で学費と生活費を支給。松下電機奨学金は2名しかないが、学費と生活費も支給。
一回目は国費を狙って受験し、あっさり敗北。。。大学での研究をやりながらだから勉強不足というのは理由としてよく自分も理解しているが、一生懸命自分の決めた夢に歩こうとしている自分にとっては大きなショックだった。
年は23。
状況は大学卒業間も無い。
友人の皆は台湾の有名大学院の院生になり、もうちょっとしたら修士学位が手に入る。
大卒就職組はバリバリ働き、収入もあり、未来が明るい。
留學, 實現夢想的每一小歩(1)
一歩, 是如此的微小, 如此的不顯眼
但是, 如果將這ㄧ小歩不斷的重複, 一天九個小時, 一個禮拜六天, 十二個月
就有了改變一切的力量
在留學的準備過程中, 對我而言最重要的是找到我想做的研究與研究室, 還有留學資金
找到研究主題跟研究室並不困難
困難的是留學資金
當然包括學費與生活費
歐洲跟美國的獎助學金都很困難
僧多粥少. 不但名額有限, 金額也無法支持留學生活
因為大多數人都學英文, 所以用英文去競爭也難有勝算
日本!
日本國費獎學金當年提供80名的名額, 包括學費與生活費. 松下電器獎學金雖然只有每年兩名(現已停辦), 但是亦提供學費與生活費, 甚至最常可達三年.
考了日本國費留學考試, 慘敗.
當然可以很簡單的把原因歸咎於同時也在研究室做事, 所以沒辦法全力準備, 更別說用每天幾小時的日文準備時間去考贏那些有留日經驗或者是日文本科系出身的學生.
即便能理解一切, 結果終究是殘酷的事實
23歲. 大學剛畢業. 朋友都是台灣知名大學的碩士生, 馬上可以拿到學位. 工作的看起來充滿希望, 幹勁而且還有收入.
留學, 日本!

從小到大過的都是很單純的生活, 考試拿高分, 被誇獎, 就是這樣不斷的循環
簡單的每天
出了社會, 每天努力打拚, 從早到晚不斷的做事, 直到有一天突然發現, 自己只是每天每天重複的做著一樣的事
然後腦中突然浮現一個問句:[這樣過日子真的好嗎?]
然後在這個瞬間常會浮現[留學]這個選項
的確, 留學能改變一切

留学の夢を持ったことありますか？
子供や少年の時代は勉強と試験の繰り返しだけだった。そして、試験の点数が上がれば褒められる。
単純な毎日。
社会人になっても、一生懸命のつもりで毎日朝から深夜までたくさんのことをこなして生きているが、気付いたら毎日毎日ただいつも同じことをやっているだけ。
そして、この質問が思い浮かぶ。
「このままでいいのか？僕の人生」
そんなタイミングと状態の中からよく出てくる選択肢が留学である。
確か、留学すると全てが変わる気がする。

Do you ever have a dream of studying abroad?
My childhood was so simple. Getting higher grades to be complimented.
Exams and exams, nothing more.
Even after graduation, working hard from early morning to late night.
Being busy day after day.
Suddenly aware that every day is just repeating and repeating.
