Building partnership: a negative example

I felt something in the game conference today, so I want to write them down as reference.

I met a CEO of a mobile game development company from Belarus, and I introduced my marketing plan to her.

(Belarus female is so beautiful. Belarus is really a country of beauties. Beautiful and nice style.)

It looks she was confused with my proposal and she discussed with her investor partner. Then she asked me to introduce my service directly to her investor partner.

I felt something very differently apparently from our conversation.

在前幾天的一個展會我向一家白俄羅斯的遊戲開發商的CEO介紹了我公司的日本市場遊戲行銷服務內容

(話說白俄羅斯還真的是正妹大國，又瘦又高又正XD)

然後他好像對我的服務內容有所疑惑，然後跟他的投資夥伴商量後要我直接向他的投資夥伴再介紹一次服務內容

約了實時間，介紹完後，看完這位投資客的反應，我有很不一樣的感受

我想「掙扎」應該是用來形容我的事業狀態的最佳詞語

在經營策略的判斷上我想是妥當的

核心事業就是把歐洲的手機遊戲賣到日本

當然同時也以這個核心事業為中心隨時在搜索其他的可能性

全都是為了創造出價值並為了獲利

我的強項是什麼？

說英文、中文與日語，並能在歐洲、日本跟台灣或中國做生意

我住在歐洲，對歐洲市場有近水之利

我強的不是完美的翻譯

不是對遊戲瞭若指掌

我想不管是誰都無法在創業時準備好完美的條件

那麼在我所有的條件狀態下，我又該如何存活下去？我該如何創造價值呢？

Wall

“Struggling” may be the best word to describe my business now.

I believe the decisions for my business now are proper.

The core business is to find good mobile games from Europe and launch them in Japan.

I’m also trying to find other opportunities around this core business.

All of these are for getting revenue.

I know what I’m good at.

I can speak three languages: Japanese, Chinese and English.

I can do business in Europe, Japan and China.

I’m living in Europe.

It’s not perfect translation for Japanese.

It’s not knowing everything about games.

Nobody can have perfect conditions for starting a new business.

Then, how could I in such a condition create value and make my business survive?

壁

ビジネスに関してもがくというのが今の状態を表すに最も適切な単語かもしれない。

経営上の判断は適切だと思う。

コアビジネスは海外のスマホゲームを日本に導入すること。

これを中心にやりながら他の可能性も模索する。

全て価値を作り出して売り上げを上げるために。

そして、自分の強みは三カ国語を操れること。日本、台湾、中国、ヨーロッパでビジネス商談できること。

ヨーロッパに住んでいること。

完璧な翻訳ではない。

ゲームに詳しいことでもない。

誰でもそうだが起業するに完璧主義な条件が揃うことはないと思う。

じゃこれらの状態を持つ私が価値を生み出し、ビジネスにして生き残るにはどうすればいいだろう。

一歩を踏み出す勇気

このテーマもすでにこのブログでは古いテーマになってるだろうね。

そう。すごく難しいんだよ。

一歩を踏み出す勇気って。

ほとんどの人は「うん、そうだね。」、「えええ、すごいね。よくできたね」、「馬鹿じゃないの？そんな無謀なことやって」、「いや、やるけど、ちょっと今計画をしっかりやっておきたいので。。」。

個人的に超適当な非正式統計によると9割の人は一歩を踏み出す勇気ないだろう。

人によって「それは踏み出す必要がないからじゃない？」と答えるかもしれないが。

I guess this topic has been an old one in this blog.

It’s so difficult, isn’t it?

To be brave to step out of your stable track.

I guess some people may say something like: “Yeah, that’s right.”, “That’s true. They are really brave to do that!”, “Are they stupid? To give up everything you have and try something you never experience before?” or “Well, I’ll do that. I just need some time to plan it.”

According to my personal unofficial statistic data, more than 90% of people are trying to step out the track they are walking on now even though they complain on their current lives a lot.

Certainly, some people may say: “That’s because there no enough needs to step out the track!”

其實這個題目在本部落格裡也算是一個老掉牙的梗了

但是, 的確是很難的一件事

要在人生中踏出不一樣的一步並不簡單

其實很多人可能會說:「對啊, 那的確很難」、「哇! 你實際嘗試了!太厲害了!」、「那是笨蛋吧? 真是有勇無謀的行為」或者說「我會去嘗試的!我只是需要一些時間準備」等等

不過根據小弟我個人的非官方統計指出,其實九成的人都沒有足夠的勇氣為自己的人生踏出不一樣的一步

也許也有人會說「那是因為沒有必要去改變自己的人生吧」

仕事と報酬について皆さんはどう考えているのでしょうか？

「仕事」をしたから「報酬」をもらう。

当然じゃ当然のように見える。

肝は「仕事」をどう定義するってことだろう。

私は最近仕事をいくつかの類別で分けている。

一つは「自分」のやるべき仕事。

一つは「外注」すべき仕事。

一つは「インターン」にさせる仕事。

基本的にそれぞれおの類別に線引きをしているつもり。

厚生年金脫退一時金與所得稅退稅手續

其實這個手續有那麼一點點麻煩

但是並不難

所以我並不推薦花錢找代辦

只要你在日本有銀行帳戶或是有可以信賴的朋友就可以自己辦

離職所得(厚生年金脫退一時金)與所得稅退稅制度

首先來說明一下制度內容

外國人在請領厚生年金脫退一時金的時候會從給付金額中自動被扣繳所得稅跟震災復興稅

2015年的時候所得稅率是20%，而震災復興稅率是0.42%，所以總共就是會被扣除20.42%的稅

而厚生年金脫退一時金在收入分類上算是離職所得

而離職所得在免稅額度的計算上跟其他所得有所不同

退職所得（厚生年金脱退一時金）の所得控除額

まずは制度を説明します。

外国人の厚生年金脱退一時金は、日本年金機構があなたに支払う時に所得税（復興税含め）の源泉徴収がされる。

２０１５年現在所得税率２０％と復興税率０．４２％が天引きされる。

そして、厚生年金脱退一時金による所得は税法上「退職所得」と同じ分類で取り扱われる。

退職所得には通常の所得と異なる控除額が設けられている。

この控除額は国税庁のウェブサイトから確認することができます。https://www.nta.go.jp/taxanswer/shotoku/1420.htm

この記事を書いている時点だと、勤続一年に控除額が４０万円になります。

The process is a bit difficult to understand, but it’s not difficult to do.

I don’t recommend spend money finding someone to help you.

If you got some friend in Japan or you have a bank account in Japan, then you can do it.

First of all, let me explain the whole tax system about this.

Japanese government took 20% income tax while the Pension Insurance Office pays you the return money from ending Kosei pension insurance.

In 2015, an additional tax for East Japan earthquake was added for 0.42%.

So In total, it’s 20.42% tax.

日本厚生年金退出一時金實際手續流程

應該蠻多外國人想知道這個申辦過程吧

畢竟是在日本打拚數年之後要離開日本時可以領錢的話題

我也是其中之一嘍

就像是定期捐贈一樣在日本上班的五年中每個月都被扣繳所謂的厚生年金

退休之後也沒有保證可以拿到居留簽證，自然也就沒有保證可以拿到年金，所以實質上就是捐贈嘍

所以離開日本的時候，能拿的錢自然也就全部都想拿回來

那個把錢拿一部分回來的制度就叫做「 短期在留外国人　脱退一時金」或「 厚生年金脱退一時金」

而實際上可以拿回來的金額可以到日本各地的年金事務所詢問

不過大概就是工作最後12個月繳交的厚生年金費用的三倍(繳交超過三年的前提下)

所以如果最後一年是一個月繳兩萬日幣，獎金兩次各繳10萬日幣的話最後大概就是拿132萬日幣回來（２×１２＋１０×２）×３＝１３２萬日幣
