My first day in Finland

It was such a long journey.

As for a cheap flight ticket, I took the route from Tokyo to Helsinki by transiting at Moscow.

10-hour flight to Moscow was not so long. The longer way is to transit at Moscow and wait for bus at Helsinki airport for 6 hours.

All international students are provided tutor service. The student tutor will be responsible to take new coming international students to their dormitory/apartment from the train or bus station at the city center.

However, if I take the bus right after arriving at Helsinki airport at 9 pm, I will arrive at Jyvaskyla at 2 am. I cannot proposal this to my tutor.

So if I want to arrive at Jyvaskyla at around 9 am, I need to wait at the airport for 6 hours to take the bus departing at 4:40 am.

Japan memory: (14) Experience of a small business

6 months were short.

But that was very abundant time.

I got support from Kato to build some websites.

I made a list of phone numbers that you can use to stop the functions of your credit cards or cash cards while you lost them

With this list, you don’t have to check the phone numbers one by one on internet.

I also pasted the link of each card so that you can check what process you need to reissue new cards without checking one by one on internet.

Besides, I also build a site to provide methods and experience of studying English, a site to provide information of heart disease and this blog site of my own.

Countless discussions of choosing a business idea, strategy of business operation, methods of expanding business, etc are precious experience for me.

It was like trying to find some directions looks OK to go or trying to find a safe way to go in Amazon jungle. You always have some materials for judgment, but you never feel it enough. You always want to run forward as fast as possible, but you are afraid of falling into some holes in next seconds as well.

私の日本：（１４）独立の実体験

半年は短かった。

でも、凄く豊かな時間だった。

事業の面では、加藤氏の力を借りてサイトを作り始めた。

財布を無くした時に中に入っている各種のカードの紛失連絡電話番号の一覧を作った。

このリストを見れば、瞬時にそれぞれのカード会社に電話することができて、すぐに止めることができる。

そして、再発行のホームページリンクも全て貼り付けた。カードの再発行手続き情報一つずつネットで探す必要がない。

また、他にも英語勉強法のサイト、心臓病関係のサイトを含め、この私のブログも含めてこれで立ち上げた。

事業の立ち上げ、事業の運営、拡大の施策などを色んな議論を経て実際に経験させてもらった。

その体験はまるで果てしない海の中で正しいような方向を探すように、アマゾンのジャングルの中で歩くべき道を探すように、判断材料は必ずあるが、いつも足りないように、今でも速く走っていきたいけど、次の瞬間に穴に陥ってしまう恐怖は消えない。

我的日本：（１４）創業的實際體驗

半年實在很短

但是這半年確是非常豐富的時間

在創業的部分上, 藉由加藤的幫助, 我開始架設幾個網站

第一個架的網站是卡片遺失停卡電話一覽表

只要有這個一覽表的話, 你可以馬上找到你所遺失的卡片還有那些卡片的報失電話, 包括所有主要的信用卡公司, 金融卡銀行還有電信公司等等

然後, 重新發行卡片所需要的手續在各公司的網站上有, 我將這些網站的網址收集起來, 幫助需要的人可以直接點入聯結, 因此就不需要一一的各自搜索

另外其他我也架設了英語學習網站, 心臟病資訊相關網站, 甚至包括了你現在正在看的這個部落格

在這些過程中包括建立新事業, 事業的營運還有戰略方針的樹立等等也都給了我實際而有用的經驗

那就像在未知的大海中找尋似乎正確的方向, 像在一大片森林中找一條我們該走的路, 總有一些判斷材料但是又總是不夠, 總是想快點往前衝但是又怕下一步會踏入一個無底洞

Japan memory: (13) Career of my own business

While I quitted a “general” company, I felt the view of my life become so wide in a sudden.

I can control my time 100%.

My own time, my own actions, my salary or my future. Everything.

Of course, I have to take high risks for these.

The most different thing is that I am free from being forced to worked with people I don’t like.

As an employee, operating a business needs helps from lots of people from many different departments. Therefore, you need to hide your opinions or feeling to ask for helps sometimes.

私の日本：（１３）独立へのスタート

「通常の会社」をやめて起業の道を進め始めた途端、人生が一気に広がったような気がした。

自分が１００％自分の人生をコントロールできるようになった気がした。

自分の時間、自分の行動、自分の給料、自分の未来の全てだ。

もちろん、その代わりに大きいなリスクも背負うが。

会社員時代に比べ、最も解放されたストレスは「無理して嫌な人と付き合う必要がない」ということだった。

会社員の時は、組織なのでビジネスを進めるには社内の多くの人間の力が必要なので、自分の感情や考えを抑えながら人の協力をもらわなければいけない。

我的日本：（１３）踏上獨立之路

在我離開了所謂「一般的公司」然後走上獨立創業之路的時候, 我感覺到我的人生一口氣變得很寬廣

我開始能夠100%的掌握我的人生

我的時間, 我的行動, 我的薪水, 我的未來, 全部

當然, 我也必須背負相當的風險

與上班時代相較而言, 減少最多的壓力來自「不再需要強制性的與某些人來往」

在公司的時候, 因為是以一個組織來營運事業, 所以需要公司內部很多人的協助, 也因此必須要適度壓抑自己的想法與個性來配合許多人

私の日本：（１２）次の一歩と素晴らしいリーダーの到来

前述の記事にもあったように（次の夢　欧州留学（１））日本留学の夢を実現できたあと、次の夢を数年間考え続けた。

その結果、「海外での生活」と「起業」が現段階の人生の夢なので、欧州の留学はこのタイミングから準備を始めた。２社目の１年目の時、２０１１年だった頃だ。

ただし、留学にも起業にも資金が必要。私の貯金はまだ足りない。

なので、計算した。

留学と起業に必要な資金額を試算し、貯金のスピードで計算すると、２０１３年初から貯金額が必要最低限を越え、会社をやめるのができるようになるのだ（２０１３年入学で貯金が足りるようになる）。

次の夢　欧州留学（１）にも書いたように、留学の方向性が一度変わったので、２０１３年留学スタートの予定がずれ込み、現在の２０１４年秋スタートになった。

おまけに貯金は予定よりちょっと多いスタートだ。

Japan memory: (12) Next step and the coming of a great leader

As written previously (Next dream: Study in Europe (1)), after my dream of studying in Japan came true, I had kept thinking my next dream for years.

My conclusion is to live in another country and start my own business, so I started to prepare for studying in Europe in this period of time. That was the first year in my second company, around 2011.

However, no matter studying in abroad or starting my own business, I need money and what I saved was not enough yet.

I calculated.

After looking at the amount I need for study and new business and the speed of saving money, I will secure enough money at the beginning of 2013 by keeping saving.

As I mentioned in Next dream: Study in Europe (1), I changed my direction of studying in Europe once, which made my plan delayed from 2013 fall to 2014 fall.

Well, I got a little bit more time to save more money anyway though.

我的日本：（１２）下一個抉擇與leader的到來

就像過去的文章所寫的（下一個夢想 留學歐洲（１））, 在完成了留學的夢想且畢業之後, 我花了幾年思考下一個夢想與目標

我的結論是「在另一個國家生活體驗」和「創業」是我現階段的人生的夢想, 所以我在那個時候開始準備留學歐洲, 當時是第二間公司的第一年, 大約是2011年的時候

但是, 不管是留學或是創業都需要資金, 而我當時的資金還不夠

所以, 我稍微計算了ㄧ下

計算了創業跟留學所需要最低金額的資金, 還有我當時存錢的速度, 大概2013年的年初開始可以存夠足夠的資金, 換句話說到時候我也就可以辭職了(也就夠我2013年秋季入學的留學費用)

就如次の夢　欧州留学（１）所寫的, 因為留學的方向性曾經修改過一次, 所以留學的預定開始時間也就從2013年往後延到2014年秋天

不過也還好, 因此多存了ㄧ些錢讓以後有更寬廣的選擇

私の日本：（１１）新しい世界とお金

さすが新しい世界、予想とはかなり違った。いい意味でも悪い意味でも。

簡単に言うと、いいことは「自由」と「収入」だった。

会社に行く時間、会社にいる時間、仕事の進め方などはかなり大きい範囲で自己裁量できる。

思うように動かせる範囲が広い。

もちろん、収入が高い分、貯金にも多く回せた。

その反面、「教育しない」、「個人プレイ」、「無能なリーダー」が最も大きいな問題だった。

仕事の引き継ぎはしない。

Japan memory: (11) A new world and the meaning of money

The new world is quite different from my expectation in both positive and negative meanings.

Simply speaking, the positive aspects are freedom and income.

The time you go to the company, the length of time you stay in the company or how you decide to move business forward can almost all be decided by you.

The range of freedom is broader than expected.

Of course, higher income brought higher savings.

On the other hand, bad education, personal play and useless leaders are the most significant problems.

我的日本：（１１）新世界跟金錢

不愧是新的世界, 一切都跟想像的差距很大, 不管是在好的意思上或是在壞的方面上

好的方面呢, 簡單說就是自由與收入

每天到公司的時間, 待在公司的時間, 工作的進行方式等等在很大的範圍上都可以自己決定

自己所能決定的比自己當時所想像的來得廣很多

當然, 收入增加的部分, 自然能存的錢也就比較多

另一方面, 不重視教育, 獨行俠主義, 無能的上司, 則是最大的問題

Japan memory: (10) Step out for another job.

3 years passed, and I started to think of my future again.

Is this everything I want?

If I continue current job, what is the possibility in following 3 years?

・Get promoted in the same position?
・Get a chance to work overseas?
・Be moved to other department or team?
・Slightly improvement in salary.
・No change of constant middle evaluation.

So, it’s not difficult to realize that what I have in the following 3 years are little possibility to get great responsibility in my work and little increase of my income.

私の日本：（１０）転職に踏み切る

３年経った時点で、自分の未来をもう一度考え始めた。

これでいいのか？

もし続いて今のところに３年いるとどうなる？私にはどんな可能性がある？

・同じポジションで昇格する？
・海外に赴任する？
・他の部署に異動する？
・給料は少し上がる。
・評価は変わらない。

つまり、３年内に大きな仕事を任される可能性が極僅か。給料も微増のみ。

うん、これだけでは３年間かける価値がないよなと思った。

「社外で一度評価してもらってもいいじゃない？」と思った。
